July 25, 2024 at 7:20 am #1462930Hey dmansouri1981,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Have you tried disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and purging the cache after the update? Please provide the site URL and login details in the private field so that we can check the issue properly.
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 26, 2024 at 3:58 pm #1463066yes, Ismael. i deactivated the theme file compression because it caused one problem for me. too much file creation in dynamic-avia folder in the host and full my disc usage. but when I update and replace this new version, all of my site crash and I can not work with the WordPress dashboard. it is the first time for me !!

The screenshot returns a 403 forbidden error, please check or upload the image to a different service like Imgur or Snipboard for example.

Thanks for that. This is what I’m seeing on my end: https://snipboard.io/nLzk1h.jpg. How can we reproduce the results that you are getting?

RikardJuly 27, 2024 at 1:55 pm #1463105this is my home page that completely crash. no slider, no blog post element, and a bad main menu. i don’t know how I can show to you because our site has 6K visitors daily and because of that we back to old theme very fast. do you have any suggestions for this challenge?
July 27, 2024 at 7:13 pm #1463125Hi,
Try creating a staging site to test on, most cPanel webhosts have a staging site option, some in the dashboard:
Others add the option in the Softaculous WordPress Management
There may be other staging site options in different cPanel servers, these are the two that I have seen.
Then update the staging site and include a admin login in the Private Content area so we can examine.Best regards,
MikeAugust 7, 2024 at 2:52 pm #1464030hi mike. thanks for your support. unfortunately, my web Cpanel hosting does not provide this option(staging site). I prefer not to update Enfold until the next generation and I again check the new version in the future and notice again here.
