I have two Enfold installations, about to have more. Both are registered with Themforest API Key on the Update Page. Both were Enfold Version 3.2.3. Both Use Child Themes as suggested. On one, the latest update showed, I updated it, and no problem. On the other, no matter how many times I say “check manually”, it tells me no update is available.
Why?

If the API key is correct and verified, but isn’t showing an available update, please update your theme files via ftp as shown in the video below:

DakeI would use the theme of the feature to upgrade, because the last time you updated via FTP, had to reconfigure the child theme and all parameters again.

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then please try to update manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

YigitI updated my client’s site with FTP and all worked properly. The version is now showing correctly in the update screen. I would have liked to try the transient clear option, but unfortunately didn’t see the post until after the update was complete.
