Hi, We have a website that was built for us by a company called lldesign who purchased your Enfold theme and made a custom child theme from it.
We are having issues with the theme installed version 3.1.1 since we moved from PHP 5 to PHP 7.

How can we get updates for the enfold theme for ourselves without going through lldesign who handed the site over to us upon completion and want nothing further to do with it?

    Regards
    Cameron

    Hey Cameron Biggart,

You could contact the wed designers to ask them to transfer the license to you, or you could simply purchase a new license. You will need access to Envato/Themeforest in order to download the theme files and to set up a token for automatic updates.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

Can I just confirm that newer versions don’t have the same errors in them and will work with PHP7?
I’d hate to upgrade only to find that we were no better off.

    Cheers

    Hi Cameron,

The theme is compatible with PHP versions up to 7.2, I can’t guarantee that you won’t have any problems though. If you should have any problems then we can help you out on the support forum.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hi, we purchased and installed the latest version (4.5.7) and it seems to have fixed the issues we were experiencing.
