    Hi Enfold,

    Unfortinatly I did an update and my avia page editor doesnt show. I can add new things in the avia field, but it doesnt show the current status.
    For exemple my homepage is completly build up, but the fields dont show in avia field editor.

    Could you support me on solving this issue?
    I already try to downgrade to wp 4.1.6 but it didnt solve the issue.

    Issue accured after doing the following:

    – I first did an endold update to version 3.2.3.
    – After that I did a wp update to version 4.3.2.

    Clearing your browser cache and restarting or just simply reloading the page should fix that. If not, then please post a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks for the login, it looks like something went corrupt during update on your installation. Could you try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I’ve followed your instructions here (manually upload via ftp, not the zip itself, extracted the files inside the zip) as I did several times before for other websites for years.

    Dear,

    Permissions were ok as WordPress suggested. Anyway I’ve re-edited the permissions, folders were 755, changed to 775. Files were 644, changed to 664. But it doesn’t help either. The problem is, avia editor was working before your update.
    There was no permission issue before.

    Hi!

    try to delete all theme files via FTP before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account, because by just overwriting them the corrupted files seem to stay. Deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.

    Having the same issue after updating theme and wordpress 4.2.3, I enven tried to login in and edit on my notepad to see if it was a cache issue, but i get the same. Avia layout builder is not vissible for editing. Any help ?

    I just tried to edit pages in Chrome and that seems to be working OK now. Layout Builder is vissible for editing. Hope this helps others.

    No, it doesn’t work.
    I deleted all theme files via FTP as you suggested. I downloaded a fresh copy from themeforest / uploaded.
    I deactivated all plugins and the problem is still there. You’ve my ftp and wp-admin logins. Please fix the problem.

    Alright. Most of the errors are generated directly from the WP core files. Please get a fresh copy of the WordPress files then overwrite the installation.
