Enfold update issue after some customizations

Hello there,
Recently I asked someone to customize my enfold theme to fully Persian language support and he did some changes to my theme and now the update of the theme is not working and when I ask him to correct the issue he refused to do so.
The guys from 7Theme.ir website and they said if we do so you lost all the Persian customization we’ve made to you and then I decided the right thing to do which I should do that from the first time and ask you to help me survive this situation.
