Hello, I have a site issue where PHP7 compatability is causing a site crash. Since I had an older theme, I purchased the latest 4.xx version and I cannot update the theme in the WP Backend. How can I update files in FTP without overwriting or losing the site.

I would advise that you copy your site to a staging or local environment and do the update there first to see if it works. Also make sure you have backups of your site. You can refer to this about updating your site: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
