    Hello, im having a hard time updating to the newest enfold!

    I followed the previous recommendations on other threads with no success – i encounter errors!

    Please help me update – below is the login info to my wordpress.

    Hey Boria20000,

    What exactly did you do and what went wrong? Did you try updating manually via FTP? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#theme-update/

    Hi,

    I have used “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” plugin and after about 3 minutes it failed giving me 3 errors – but i forgot what kind of errors they were.

    I havent tried ftp install – cause i was little afraid something might go wrong,

    Hope you can do this for me !

    Hi,

    If you want us to update for you then we need FTP login details as well, and a confirmation that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong.

    Guys – while you still have access to my ftp (cyclecentralpark.com) – can you please take a look why my homepage footer (black) doesn’t stretch all the from left to right. This only affects the home page – cause other pages are fine !

    Thanks for the update. I see that you are running the latest version of the theme already, so we can’t do any updates for you. I can’t reproduce the problem with the footer either, did you manage to get things working already?

    You are correct – now I do have the latest version of enfold – but I haven’t touched anything – so my guess some of your team members did helped me – cause my site was down for ~ 30 min today – anyway thank you guys for everything!
