    Hi,

    I tried to update enfold to 4.2.6. but after the update enfold and enfold child are deleted.

    Can you please try to update enfold?

    Hi Jordan,

    we tried to update enfold via FTP, but it’s failed. We didn’t have access to the backend and an error message appeared. Our site was completely gone..

    Hey!

    Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder via FTP and remove events_countdown.php file.

    we have already undone it. But we want that enfold is updatet. Can anybody help us and check our FTP why it’s not work?
