    Hi,
    I just update my enfold theme to 4.5.3 via ftp and now I cant make any changes on my site (no savings, no modifcations of pages, etc.). When I try to save I receive always the same message “Saving didnt work! Please reload the page and try again”. I did upgrade my php version, and verified php permissions (changed all to 775), activated debug mode, etc… but still having the same message. Please let me know what can I do to fix it.

    Could you please help me with this problem? I posted this topic 24 hours ago with no answer from your side. I already bought 5 licenses of Enfold and my 6 months support expired for all my licenses, however this problem happened when updating the theme (didn’t happen due to a personal change) and I need help urgently. Thank you.

    …and when it works, saving color and/or background (image) in a column did not work in all the site I’ve upgraded
    I have to manually return to 4.5.2 version (huge work)

    Hi Rikard, Finally, I solved the problem. I write here the solution for any other user having the same problem.
    It was a problem of my hosting company. When searching on the Ccpanel, I found that the option “Modsecurity” was activated. Modsecurity is an open-source web application firewall (WAF) that nullify any saving or changes on your WordPress theme. I deactivated and everything worked fine. Thank you!
