    Hi there!

    Getting back to an “update issue” we mentioned in an other thread.
    I have 3 active websites with Enfold theme.
    One has version 4.6.1, one 4.6.3.1 and one 4.6.2
    Under all 3 of them is written “no updates available”.
    Now I was told I should have version 4.7.4.
    Don´t really have a clue what to do now (now that I have time enough to work on all 3 of them ;)).

    Please help! .. again! I know I cause a lot of problems … :(

    Hey Karin,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    In your first site, you are using API key, you should simply generate and insert Personal Token.
    In your second site, Personal Token field is empty.
    In your third site, you have Personal Token however it is invalid.

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate Personal Token and insert it your installations. Please make sure that you set required tokens.
