    Hello,

    Currently I’m using enfold version 4.2.6 and after updating wordpress & woocommerce plugin my pages and product reviews are showing like broken, Pages were showing in html format.

    I know how to update automatically from dashboard but my previous developer made some changes in theme files. So, I dont know which files he edited for design. Please help me to update my theme without lossing any data.

    Hi sovik_rc,

    Well, you need to update the theme, and if your developer made some changes and you don’t have the child theme running the changes may have been overwritten or will overwrite when you update the theme. I cannot see the issue at the moment as you downgraded. You might want to get the testing website and update there first and see how things work over there and then update the live website.

    Hi,

    We can help you out with updating the theme yes, but we can’t be responsible for any customisations you might lose during the update. If you need help then please post FTP login details as well in private, along with a verification that you have backups of the site.
