    Hi,

    we have a very urgent problem. Installing the current enfold update causes issues = white screen. I don´t think, that has something to do with WordPress 4.7, because I installed this before and everything works.

    Before
    enfold 3.8 installed, enfold 3.8.4 and yoast plugin update available … processing update

    After
    Frontend shut down = white. Yoast is deleted in the backend but not physicly (FTP). No enfold theme options available in the backend!
    After trying a lot of things that doesn´t work, I installed a fresh (envato) enfold theme via FTP.

    It works only as a logged in admin. For users the website is still white.

    Where is the problem? We need very urgent a solution.

    Hi AWZ!

    You will have to activate WP_DEBUG and check the issues you are getting as errors.
    That will have your issue fixed when it can be located.

    Hi Basilis,

    I have found the troublemaker. Since the update, the cache plugin cachify doesn´t work and it shut down the website. I don´t know why and it would be good, that this doesn´t happen. But: I´m very eased to solve this big issue. The reason, why the website worked only for me (admin) but not for the rest was: no caching of the website for admins.

    SOLVED.
