    Das updaten von Enfold funktioniert leider nicht.

    Wenn ich es über den Lizenzcode im Backend mache wird immer angezeigt das es die aktuellste Version ist – was nicht stimmt.

    Und wenn ich es via FTP mache funktioniert es nicht und das THeme crasht. Ich bräuchte aber dringend die GPDR Erweiterung und der changelog – die heruntergeladende txt Datei ist leider sehr unübersichtlich.

    Hi Theo,

    Sorry for the problems. The likely problem you are having is that some files have changed places between the version you are running and the current one. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder from the server via FTP, then upload the new version to see if that helps please?

    and how can I ensure that the design, config etc. is the same? Is the export of the config via Enfold Menu enough?

    You can also export the theme settings please check the documentation https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#importexport-theme-settings

    Hi THeo,

    I would recommend you to keep full backups of your database and theme settings in case anything should go wrong. Updating via FTP in general is safe though and it’s unlikely that you should lose any theme settings after updating.
