I am using the Enfold travel demo and some sections (product list) aren’t showing. I suspect it’s because I haven’t purchased and installed Woocommerce Bookings plugin because it is $249 dollars. Any alternatives to paying for that plugin since I’m still building the site?

As alternative plugin you can use this one – https://www.pluginhive.com/product/woocommerce-booking-and-appointments/ however if you are only looking to display items in Product List element, you can simply create new products (or simply import sample data – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/importing-woocommerce-sample-data/ ) and edit the element to display them :)
