I’m using enfold theme for a while, but for about 10-15 days i’m having a problem with “Too many redirects” error, but i’m actually having only one redirect from example.com to example.com/wp. I’m using that redirect from the first day. My cpanel is offering me three types of redirect:
1.Redirect without www
2.Redirect with or without www
3.Redirect with www
And i was using option 2 from the first day (but all 3 options was working normally), but since an error “Too many redirects” showed up, only redirect that is working is option 3, while for option 1 and 2 is giving me an error.
The problem with option 3 is that if somebody types a link example.com, it won’t redirect it to my site, it will show an error with “Access denied”….so in order to work they must type www. in front of a link which is very annoying, that why i was using option 2, so it doesn’t matter if they type www or not.
I have tried to disable all plugins and it didn’t worked.
I have checked what redirects site is making with “Redirect-checker” site and it redirects 19 times to example.com/wp…..so it redirects to the same page 19 times.
I don’t know what happened, and what is causing that error, so pls help. Thanks
Any idea what changed 10-15 days ago? Have you asked your hosting support about this issue? It sounds much less like an Enfold issue than a general WordPress/hosting issue.
Hi @eplast,
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

Solved it by deleting .htaccess file.
