I have purchased a year ago the Enfold theme of Kriesi through Envato site. We have downloaded each update throughout this period of time. Now we have decided to use the theme for one of our projects, did not use it till now.
The problem:
Once we paste the purchase code on Admin a message popup saying: “Your purchase code appears to be invalid”.
To fix the issue, just a moment ago, purchased another 6 months support from the site. How can I contact directly to theme support or It’s an Envato Support issue?
The issue is not working for days, so asking for your help after tried all we can from our side.
Please guide,

Please do not paste the purchase code in the admin area.
Follow along this guide to create a personal token and add it to the admin area.
If you need further technical support please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .
Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold
Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.
