I talked to the plugin devs and they state that it is the theme that is the issue as the default theme works with the plugin. When increasing the purchase quantity the cart doesn’t get updated real time. Can I get some help on fixing this?
Plugin in question: http://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-one-page-checkout/

November 21, 2014 at 6:44 pm #355413Hey ggee!
Not sure what could be going on there. There is supposed to be a button there called “Update Cart”. When the plugin is activated it removes the checkout buttons?
Cheers!

November 21, 2014 at 10:25 pm #355629Apparently so? I know with the default theme there is no update cart button there and I’m assuming it uses javascript to update the cart. This is why they said it was a theme issue rather than a plugin issue.
Are you able to look into this more? Shall I provide you creds to the site?

Not sure what it could be but yes it wouldn’t hurt to take a look.

Not sure what it could be. It looks like your using quite a few woocommerce related plugins. Have you tried deactivating them all except the woocommerce and one page plugin?
Cheers!

Thank you for your help. Best regards from Zürich,

November 25, 2014 at 5:09 am #357329Yes I tried that. Doesn’t make any difference. The theme has some sort of conflict but I’m not sure where to start looking.

I was able to get a copy from treblamah to test with but it look like it’s going to take too much work to make it compatible with Enfold. If you must use it then you can try commenting out line 412 in the functions.php file of Enfold.
//require_once( 'config-woocommerce/config.php' ); //compatibility with woocommerce plugin
Though doing so will lose all of our current woocommerce features.
Cheers!

November 29, 2014 at 6:06 pm #360102Can you be more specific about what the problem is? If possible I’d like to have the enfold customizations and the plugin work. I’ll take a look at the code, but if you fill me in on what you saw as the problem that may save me some time.
November 30, 2014 at 6:24 pm #360324Is this confirmation that Enfold is not really too compatible with WooCommerce. This is another great thing to know. You guys have such a great rating on ThemeForest.net but these issues seem to centralize around Enfold alone. Very unfortunate.
December 1, 2014 at 4:05 pm #360807Hey!
@treblamah I asked Elliott to check the topic once again, please kindly wait to hear from him. Also, please try contacting Woo themes support, they should have better insight on what could be causing the issue.
@mikeensormedia Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce. Any plugin that have not mentioned as compatible on Enfold’s ThemeForest page is a 3rd party plugin and not guaranteed to be compatible with the theme 100%.Best regards,
YigitDecember 1, 2014 at 5:16 pm #360886@Yigit: Thanks.
December 1, 2014 at 8:39 pm #361012Hey!
As Yigit says Woocommerce is fully compatible but this extension changes a lot of stuff around so you can try taking out Enfold’s features as explained in my previous post if you need to use it.

ElliottDecember 3, 2014 at 10:43 pm #362551@Yigit, it’s unclear if Elliott is going to take another look from his last response or if his “disable all enfold customizations” answer stands.
December 5, 2014 at 4:34 pm #363631Hey!
You can disable our templates and features if you need to use it. I didn’t test it thoroughly but it looked like it would have worked when using the code in my previous post. Though you will not get the AJAX cart and other single product view templates, etc etc.
If you want to get it working with our existing templates and features though it would have to be considered custom work because it is going to take a lot of time and code to make them work with each other. If this is your goal then you will need to contact a freelancer to help you out. I recommend checking out some of the affiliated woo workers here, http://www.woothemes.com/affiliated-woo-workers/.
