Hello,
I am building a staging site with the Enfold theme and received an style file error when uploading through WordPress. Per the recommendation of my hosting support, they said I can usually fix this by going into Filezilla, unzipping the file, and dragging the “enfold” folder into the content/theme folder.
At this point, I thought I would have solved my problem, however, none of the template content is uploaded to the site – essentially none of the psd files are showing. I performed the same process of unzipping the psd file and then dragging it into the content/theme through Filezilla but this has not resolved my issue. For reference of how my site is currently appearing, see the link below….

Please advise as to how to fix this issue. I want the theme to appear just as the demo of Enfold shows so I can edit and customize from there.
Thanks in advance for your help and response.

That is not a proper way to minigrate.
You need to use something like Duplicator, to get the data from one site to the other.
That will help you solve the problem.Let us know if we can do anything else for you.
Thanks a lot
Best regards,
BasilisJanuary 30, 2017 at 10:45 pm #740437I’m not following. I’m not trying to migrate the site currently, I’m just trying to download the Enfold theme to the staging site domain.
Based on my googling – “Duplicator gives WordPress administrators the ability to migrate, copy or clone a site from one location to another. The plugin also serves as a simple backup utility.”
I just need to have the theme properly uploaded. Please advise!
January 31, 2017 at 12:06 am #740445I resolved my issue! Per usual, each theme/template works differently so I wasn’t aware that the demo importer process was down after the WordPress activation.
Thank you.
