We created a site using the Enfold theme on a staging site first. However, when the hosting company tried moving the files to our primary domain, everything broke down. Both Go Daddy and WordPress are saying the issue is the Enfold theme. Tech support at Go Daddy has told us this: “The issue with the delay on your website is present only when the Enfold theme is active, even with the disabled plugins. The WordPress, theme, plugins, and PHP are all up to date. I have increased PHP values for your website by uploading the user.ini file to the root folder. However, that didn’t help with the issue.” They also referenced a couple links to this support forum showing that this has been an issue for others as well. Do you have a fix or any suggestions? I use the Enfold theme often for client projects and this is the first time I’ve had this happen. Thank you.

I can’t see anything wrong with your site, it loads fine and there are no error messages. How can we reproduce the problem you are describing?
If this was a general problem with the theme then everyone would have it, and that is not the case. The likely problem is that something went wrong during the transfer of the site, that doesn’t mean that the theme is at fault.

RikardThanks Rikard. Tech support at Go Daddy kept telling us the issue was with the theme though I haven’t had this problem with any other websites where I’ve used Enfold in the past. I believe something was happening when they tried to move the files and somehow the theme kept popping up as the issue. There also was an issue with the theme version when used with the rev of the PHP. However their tech support appears to have fixed the issue. This ticket can be closed now. Thanks again.
