    I have Enfold theme version 4.2 and it was purchased January 6, 2014 through WordPress so I do not have any login or account information to be able to sign in to retrieve the update for this theme. Also, the employee that set up our website is no longer employed with us. I have the receipt that was emailed to him when the theme was purchased. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get the update?
    Please help.

    Hey Kelly,

    You would need access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your licence. We can’t help you out with that, but it might be possible if you reach out to Envato/Themeforest support directly. If they can’t give you access, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license, otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update or access the theme files.
