Enfold Theme Update

Unfortunately I can’t write about the support forum because I’ve only just joined the project and the original developer isn’t particularly cooperative. I hope you can help me as well.

Since the WordPress 6 update I have the following problem with an Enfold Theme website.
You cannot create new pages or posts, nor change existing pages and posts.

This message is displayed:
There was a critical error on your website. Please check the inbox of your site admin email address for further instructions.

However, the administrator claims to have never received an e-mail.

At the moment all plugin updates have been made and WordPress 6.0.1 is also installed.
I’ve also disabled all plugins – didn’t change anything either.

Could it be that the problem has to do with the Enfold Theme?

Version 4.8.6.2 of the Enfold Theme is installed.
An Envato key is entered and no update is available according to the backend.
