Hi, my name is Emily and I am trying to update my theme from 3.2 to the newest version. I am unsure where any information is on my employers purchase of the Enfold theme. But I know it was the Envato studios. Are we unable to update as our support is out of date? Is there something we can do to get to the current version? I am sorry this isn’t “pre-sale” but I am at a loss for where else to reach out.

Thank you for contacting us.
I understand you are not able to get the theme updates as you do not have the proper credentials. If you have Envato username and password please login to Envato to create a personal token and register your theme so you can start receiving the updates with exciting new features :)
If you do not have the Envato credentials please contact Envato support as sales are handled by Envato they are in a better position to help you with your Envato account.
