I am a representative of the owner of a WordPress site with the Enfold theme. The site was made a long time ago by another person and the theme has not been updated since version 4.6.3.1. The account with the theme token is not available. Can’t I get a new token or theme files to update it if I provide proof of theme ownership, like id from theme files.

You might be able to access the account in question, if you have proof of the purchase. We can’t help you out with that though, so you would have to bring it up with Envato/Themeforest support. Please try reaching out to them for further help.
