    Hello,
    a web agency bought the Enfold Theme for me in 2018. I only recently found out that there is a support forum where you need registration to be able to ask questions.
    I cannot get access to the licence key as this webmaster is sort of confused and won’t answer or else, he hasn’t got the key any longer.
    Would you PLEASE register me manually? This would be very helpful, thank you.

    Hey Kerstin,

    You will need a purchase code, or a proof of purchase, in order to register on the support forum. Registration is unfortunately not possible without either of those.
