    Hello,
    Enfold theme backend cannot be set correctly.
    I have made a new WordPress installation for a site hosted by IONOS 1und1. After uploading the Enfold theme, I noticed that I cannot make many settings for the theme. So I can, for example. do not upload a logo, or select no element for extended styling, or do not select any colors for general styling. These are just a few examples that don’t work.

    I urgently need help here

    Hey Markus,

    Thanks for the login details. I can’t reproduce the problem you are describing, I tried setting the logo and changed some settings under General Styling, and it’s all working as it should. Please try using a different browser if you should have any further problems.

    Hallo Rikard,
    Yes that’s right. I just tried it in Firefox, everything is fine there. Just wonder why it doesn’t work with this installation in the Crome. I administrate over 20 pages with enfold in Google Crome and they all work great.

    Hi,

    You are likely getting locally cached results, or it could be cookies as well. Try clearing all local cache and cookies and restart the browser, or use an incognito window. It’s working on my end using a regular Chrome window.
