Hi support, we are emailing you on behalf of a client of ours who is currently using the Enfold theme. The site was setup by another developer to which we no longer able to get in touch with. Therefor we do not have a purchase code to provide you with.
At the moment when you go to edit a page it shows the following error (when WP debug is turned on):
Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /home/cluster-sites/1/c/thedomain.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/wp/widgets.php on line 4
The current php version the site is using is 7.2 and the theme version is 3.8. There is also a Child theme (the live one) in use which is version Version: 5.2.1580400472.
There also seems to be no menu on mobile devices.
We’ve also tried everything that has been suggested in your forums bur none of the solutions have worked for us.
If there is anything you can suggest or assist with, please let us know.
Apologies that we had to raise this as a pre sale question, but there is no other way to get in touch with you at the moment.

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold and updating it to the latest version 4.7.2 would fix the issues you are having. To access updated theme files, you would need access to ThemeForest account that was used to purchase the theme. If you are unable to contact previous developers, unfortunately only way is purchase a new license.
If mobile menu does not show up on mobile after update, please check if header.php file is modified in child theme. In case it is, you would need to update that file as well. We can provide you Enfold 3.8 so you can compare files :)
