I purchased already your enfold themes for few projects. Just thinking of purchasing another one for another project (Restaurant). Just have few questions left, would be happy if you could answer me.
– I see that your are located in Switzerland so is it also possible to communicate with you in the german language if necessary?
– I read „All images included“, does it mean we can really use images on a project that are in your demo versions?
– “Features can be combined at will. If you like features from several demos you can include them all in one installation ;D“ Not sure how we can do that by installing one theme, but we will find out soon hopefully..
– In the restaurant theme: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant-one-page/ I am missing an eventplaner like here the “UPCOMING EVENTS“ part: http://preview.themeforest.net/item/spoon-a-premium-responsive-restaurant-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/16730805?_ga=1.199944494.1029855211.1478616485Can you tell me how can I get that feature in the enfold restaurant theme? I am sure you have something like that in one Enfold theme of yours.

Thank you for contacting us and for considering to use Enfold again :)
1- Our company is based in Austria however we have moderators from all over the world. You can post your questions in German as well but since there are more English speaking moderators, you would probably get a quicker reply if you post in English :)
2- Yes, you can use all imported images on any of your Enfold based projects.
3- You can simply import one demo and use any feature you see on other demos in the demo you imported. We have created Enfold demos using only Enfold’s built in elements and nothing else :)
4- Enfold is fully compatible with The Events Calendar and we are using it on our demos :)I hope that was helpful! Let us know if you have any other questions! :)

sorry for writing so late but everything ist in process.
I just saw your incarnation theme wich includes an event calender without the need of “The Events Calender”.
Is it possible to use that event calender on enfold themes as well? Or is there an enfold them with own event calender?
In the carnation theme are the pics not included?

now I am not sure about the images. On the one hand I read we can use them, on the other hand I just read:
Please Note: Most images in the theme demo are stock photos from photodune which are not part of the theme
So, can or can I not use the images from the demo in a project? If I choose to use a theme and install a theme and do not replace all of the images..

YigitJust purchased the enfold theme. But cant install it because the downloaded file is infected with TrojanDownloader.JS.avhq
How can that be?

New Enfold update is coming soon and it contains the latest version of LayerSlider plugin. If it is also infected, our devs will look into it and/or contact LayerSlider authors.Edit: Please make sure that you are testing the file that you have downloaded from ThemeForest.

what do you mean by “soon”. I need the installation today or latest tomorrow. How is it possible that the downloaded file is infected? Had that never ever before in my life.
Kind of disappointed that neither your or themeforest is checking such important things.

We checked the download folder and there is no such file within. Since this is a pre-sale question thread and we can not verify the validity of your purchase: please register an account in the forum and create a new thread about the issue.
Please let us know your themeforest username and purchase code so if this keeps happening to you we can inform themeforest about the issue. Maybe they can find/see something which we can not.
As for the question “how can it be that the download file is infected?”: I do not believe it is. There are various explanations possible but themeforest has also checks in place to prevent something like this from happening. My best guess is: the files were not downloaded from themeforest (did you yourself purchase the theme there or was it handed to you by a third party, like a developer). there is also the possibility of a compromised browser plugin on your end.
Last but not least there is also the possibility of a false positive and one of the scanners used is finding something which is not actually there…
Anyways, we will know more once we know your username and purchase code.
