Hi, this is a great theme and used it to create the website that I have listed in the private section below
I am having some issues with the website’s performance though
On Google Chrome the website is incredibly slow, sluggish and doesn’t perform well. On safari on my phone the website performs terribly, it barely even opens in fact.
But on Internet explorer the website performs really well, really fast.
Can you tell me what I need to do to increase performance and loading times on Google chrome and iphone 5s please
November 20, 2015 at 6:01 pm #539829Hey michealbren!
Can you please update Enfold to the latest version 3.4.3 firstly – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? We have made many improvements since the version you are currently using – http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990#item-description__changelog
Best regards,
YigitNovember 24, 2015 at 6:51 pm #541865OK I did this but the issues still persist. On chrome the website is exceptionally slow. On mobile there is display issues, the slider for example is enormous and takes forever to scroll though. Then there is issues with format of other parts. Let me know if there is a way I can email you screenshots if not just view the site yourself on an iphone. Please help
November 24, 2015 at 10:49 pm #542023Hey!
Have you tried any cache plugin?
Can you please try wp rocket or W3Total Cache and let us know if that fixes the issue at all?
Also, from some quick metrics it shows that the site go slow on first ping, where are you hosted at?Best regards,
BasilisNovember 24, 2015 at 10:52 pm #542024Yes I have tried caching plugin. The website loads extremely fast on internet explorer whether it is first time visit or not. On chrome it loads very slow.

November 25, 2015 at 8:27 am #542190Hi,
Your site loads fine on my end using Chrome, did you try to empty your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps? There is nothing in out code which says something like “load extremly slow on Chrome and perform well on IE” so it’s most likely something local.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 25, 2015 at 11:55 am #542299Ok in all 3 of my posts I have also mentioned there is a problem with mobile as well and in all 3 responses you have not replied to this issue.

November 26, 2015 at 5:46 am #542846Hi,
We have read your posts but we will need to address one issue at a time, are you still having problems with load times on Chrome or was there a local problem? You can upload screenshots to a service like imgur.com or a public dropbox folder and then link to the images here.
Thanks,
RikardNovember 26, 2015 at 3:01 pm #543167No still having it, same on different computers on different locations.

December 3, 2015 at 2:18 am #546199Hey!
Sorry for the delay. You don’t have the latest version of the theme, 3.4.4. Please update the theme then purge the plugin cache before testing the page. Make sure that you’re not looking on a cached version of the site because mobile phones tend to provide this version if you don’t refresh the page.

IsmaelDecember 7, 2015 at 4:55 pm #548108OK I have done what you advised above but the issue persists. What next?
December 8, 2015 at 7:17 am #548542Hi,
I can’t see any problems with loading your site in Chrome either doing it manually or testing with a service like Pingdom: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/, the load times are normal. I couldn’t check your site on mobile since it’s redirecting to connect.vultus.com, not sure why?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 8, 2015 at 12:57 pm #548678I have tested it on both mobile and android device and it doesn not redirect to connect.vultus.com. Do you have the correct link?
December 14, 2015 at 4:16 pm #552431Hi!
I checked your link on desktop and mobile and it’s loading it normally for me. Try to activate a default WordPress theme, to double check if you get any other results. Try to contact your host about this issue. You can also use different caching plugins, to speed up your website.
Cheers!
