    Hi, I have bought enfold through times thru my developers. They can’t find the key to prove my sale.
    Can I some how find it on my sites? Or provide my invoice number. I need help. There are problems with my site… This site is not being responsive with grid row meet the team widgets here, https://soulworkla.com/meet-the-team/ I can’t get the team members to stack right in mobile format.

    Or can I just pay for ongoing support. It’s a shame to have not been able to get the support of my purchases.

    Hey Liam,

    Sorry for the problem, so you have bought theme licenses through a developer? If that is the case then it’s up to them to give you access to your Themeforest account, we can’t really help with that unfortunately.
