Dear Kriesi,
we have recently launched our new website, having used the Enfold theme from you. We have a question regarding the page with our projects.For our projects presentation we have used the element “Masonry”. Even though the grid is set to sort out the project entries chronologically, it does not work 100%. In other words, every time we open this page, the sequence of the entries is slightly different, putting the entries in the random order. The entries move in the scale of ca. 1-2 rows of the grid, in relation to their correct position.
We would appreciate any help from your side to solve this issue.

We cannot reproduce the same issue on our end. The order of the items is the same every time we refresh the page. Would you mind providing a short clip of the issue?

I can see the issue on your website on older posts but I could not reproduce it on my local installation.
You are currently using an older version of Enfold. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 5.4.

Thank you for the update.
Are you using any sorting plugin for the portfolio items? The plugin might be conflicting with the default order of the items in the masonry element. We may need to access the site in order to check this further. Please provide the login details in the private field.
