    Dear Enfold Theme Creator,

    We had previously engaged a website designer to do up our website and he has since stopped supporting us. Our version is stuck at 4.3. Please help us with this.

    Hi,

    Sorry for your problem. If you don’t have access to the Envato account which your license was bought with and if you can’t get access to it, then I think you will have to purchase a license of your own. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update the theme.
