    Hello Support Team,

    We use the Enfold +Child Theme for our site: australiandaires.com.au. We recently upgraded made plans to upgrade to PHP7

    Upon migration to new server, we have been advised of the below PHP error which also result in site not displaying at all (White Screen)
    Would you be able to shed any light as to what the cause is and how to resolve?

    Hey Jane,

    Please update to the latest version of Enfold which is 4.7.6.2.
    It is compatible with PHP7.

    Hi Nikko,

    Thanks for your response.

    Our site utilises a Child theme (Anchor). The Parent is Enfold. But it is not activated?

    The theme update under Child theme options indicates that the theme is up to date?

    Here is the message:

    Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.3.2)

    Are we using a really old version that cannot be updated? Appreciate your help

    Hi fonterra,

    The latest version is Enfold 4.7.6.3.

    You need to make a full website backup and make the update. You can install the Envato Market plugin to see the update.
