    Hi support team,

    We are having issues with the enfold theme options, which we really hope you can help us with. Changes will not take effect anymore even though it states it has been saved. It is probably worth mentioning that changes made in the quick CSS still works.

    Things we have tried so far:

    1. We have tried deactivating all plugins and deleted all CSS codes in quick CSS
    2. We have tried changing folder permission through FTP to 777

    Do you have an idea why it has stopped working?

    Hi saraclementdk!

    I was able to change Socket background color. Can you please check your site once again?
    If it still does not work correctly on your end, please give us an example on the change you would like to make that is not being applied

    Thank you so much for your quick response!

    Unfortunately it still does not work. It is the maximum container width we are trying to change, but it does not seem to take effect.

    Hi!

    There was “80” in that field. I changed it to “1300px” and it does work. Please review your website and do not forget to enter px or % :)
