Latest Enfold: v. 3.8
Just beginning a new site.. when I try to change the predefined color scheme in Enfold Theme Options, nothing is happening – have tried over and over, all different layouts; have also tried re-installing the theme, to no avail… has this every happened before, tried looking through Forum but didn’t see anything.
Also tried changing individual items, like logo background color, from white to black, and nothing happens. Yes, I am saving my changes, but nothing seems to work.
(other things do work: like I can change header options)

Can you please make sure your wp-upload folder and everything inside it is with 775 CHMOD?

BasilisOkay, I changed wp-upload to 775. Inside the folder, there is 2016 – changed that to 775. Problem still exists.
Dynamic-Avia is set to 777, left that alone. Inside that folder is enfold.css and index.php – those are both set at 0644. Do I need to change those?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

IsmaelThanks for your response. I read some more related threads and discovered that I need to press shift+ctrl+R (in Chrome). Then it refreshes. This was not the case with earlier versions. Anyway, I’m ok with this now. Thank you!
