    Hi Team

    Hoping you can help! The theme options menu is not loading, stuck on the main screen, no side navigation choices. The layout editor stopped loading, so I can no longer edit pages. We upgraded the WP to 4.0 and tried to upgrade the theme to the latest version which blanked out the entire site (whiteness). I also tried via FTP rolling it back to an older version that was working. Thoughts on what we can do short of starting over? Happy to provide a temp log in if it helps. thanks in advance.

    Please de-activate all plugins firstly and try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://vimeo.com/67209750
