enfold theme options menu gone since update

Hi,
Since I updated to WordPress 4 and Enfold 3.0 the enfold theme options menu has disappeared. What can I do?
Please see screenshot.

Hi Mike!

You are currently using an older version of Enfold 2.9.1 which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0. Please update the theme to the latest version 3.0.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

Hey!

It seems like you are still using Enfold version 2.9.1. Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files

Hi!

Thank you for using Enfold.

Please check the wp-content > themes folder. Make sure that there is only one enfold folder there. Please review this tutorial: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
