    Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    If you do not mind, please post a temporary admin login here privately so we can look into it

    Hi Yigit,
    all PlugIns were de-activeated.

    It works with Mozilla, also with activated PlugIns – but not with Chrome.

    Let me know if you need access to the backend.

    Hi, I’m having the same issue.

    I’ve been using the theme with no problem for months on another website, I’ve installed it on a new site (with only 3 plugins running currently) and same as Pete’s issue. Click the upload button and nothing happens.

    I’m using the enfold child theme if that helps?
