    When selecting “Enflod” in the main menu to make the theme settings the “Enfold Theme Options” page opens the options do not appear like: Theme Option, General Layout, General Styling, … the Logo screen appears, but I change the logo and the “Save all changes” does not enable to save. I just needed to change the logo. Thanks,

    Hey Lara,
    Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look, also is the new logo image already uploaded? Perhaps we can try to add it.

    Hi,
    Please use a fake email address like (Email address hidden if logged out) and copy the password and username and post here in the Private Content area.
    Or you can try this plugin that we recommend:

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I see what you mean by the options are missing.
    you have javascript error in the backend that is from a conflict which typically is from a plugin, when did this error start?
    Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    I tryed this disabling all plugins I not using, before talk wwith you.
    I don’t know when started, because I’m not use the Enfold configuration every time.
    Can you change my logo?
    I will try every plugin, but if you can chance my logo will help me a lot.
    My new logo is the last image I upload.
