    After uploading the Enfold folder to my themes, it shows in the theme dashboard but when I click live preview I get a white screen and the theme does not load? Any ideas? I have tried three times and each time the same …

    Hey fraserrenton!

    Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    If that does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins

    Ok I increased the PHP limit on the server to allow for 128M deactivated all plugins and tried uploading the folder again and same thing.

    Access details attached – you will see the Enfold theme in the directory but try pressing live preview

    I have also tried uploading your latest version 3.5.1 and an old version 3.3.2 and neither seem to work?

    If I gave you ftp access could you try uploading for me?

    Ok I have uploaded a fresh version 3.5.1 and still can’t see it in live preview.

    Any ideas?

    Ok I managed to get the theme working. I deactivated and deleted AVG Virus scanner software and then refreshed all browsers. I then used WordPress installer and uploaded and installed the Enfold zip file instead of uploading the theme folder via FTP and that seemed to work for now. Should I get in to trouble again I will be back in touch. Thank you.
