    Hi I just renewed my Enfold support and I’m trying to update the theme on my site – its asking for my Themeforest username and the api key but there is no API key option in Themeforest under my settings there.
    I went and generated a API key here https://build.envato.com/api/ but I dont think this is what im after, its not working either.

    Tried to update the theme by uploading the WordPress files I downloaded from Themeforest but that fails as well. I’m running a pretty old version 4.1

    Any ideas?

    this is the error I get when trying to upload the theme manually
    The link you followed has expired.
    Please try again.

    Ive also tried changing to a different theme, going back to update Enfold – same error

    Hi,
    Since you are using v4.1.2 you will not be able to update via the API, you will need to manually update first and then create a new Envato Token.
    The error you are getting The link you followed has expired sounds like the PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled on your server, please ask your webhost to check.
    To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
    WordPress_Appearance_Themes_Add-Themes_Add-New.jpg
    after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
    Installing_theme_from_uploaded_file_This_theme_is_already_installed.jpg
    then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.
