Enfold theme is not loading review rating image on my website.

I did not purchase the enfold theme my self, it was purchased by the website developer so do not have the purchase code.
I really need help with my reviews as it shows different from other website reviews. I have been told is to do with my theme and need to contact the theme owner.

Do you mean Reviews tab on product pages? If so, we are unable to post a review without logins. If that is the case, please create an account and post logins here privately.
If that is not what you meant, please post a screenshot and show so we can make sure that we are on the same page :)
We only provide support to our registered users. We do not mind taking a quick look however for further inspection, we would need to ask you to register to our forums. Please contact the person who bought the license for you and ask them for your purchase code :)
