    Hi I’m unable to install Enfold theme, it is constanty giving me error that style.css is missing my website details are as follows – this is only my test website, buying another domain for the theme as well

    Hey edenscully,

    I uploaded and activated Enfold but there is a fatal error on the site after doing so, could you post FTP login details in private so that we can deactivate it please? Also, which PHP version are you running on the site? We recommend running 7.1 or 7.2.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I tried changing the password for the existing FTP account on the page in private. I’m getting this error when trying to login though:

    421 Home directory not available – aborting

    What do we need to do to get FTP access to your site?

    I’ve no clue actually – but after uploading the php the website seems to work – i’ve purchased another domain where I actually need the theme actually – let me get through the process and then bug you for installation. may be its only php related?
