    I’ve had my Themeforest username and API key in my theme options all along but it’s not automatically updating. I’m on 3.4.6. How do I get it to automatically update to the latest version?

    Please try clear your transients
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/

    first to check if that fixes the issue
    If the envato updater is not working, please do the process manually.

    Hi Basilis,

    Thanks. I ran the transient cleaner and there were no expired transients. The theme needs to update automatically, though. Every other theme does. I gave you my WP login. Could you please take a look and try to make it work?

    Hi!

    Envato API had a small glitch and it seems like your theme was not updated because of that. If you are sure that your username and API key is correct, please update the theme manually this time – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and you should receive auto updates from now on
