    I have just purchased Enfold and tried to install it.

    I am with Crazy Domains in Australia and it has come back telling me it can’t be installed as it has the Style css sheet missing. I have not unpacked the zipped file

    please tell me what I need to do.

    Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/ and try installing the theme via FTP.
    If you would like us to install the theme for you, please post WP admin logins and FTP logins here privately and upload Enfold.zip file somewhere on your server

    Does your website have a URL? What exactly are you doing which is not working when installing the theme?

    I installed the theme and child theme via FTP however login credentials did not work. Could you please check them once again?
