Sirs:
When I go to the Kriesi Support site and log in I get a pop up informing me that ‘We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on November 23rd, 2023’.
This is rather strange as theme licenses should not expire at all, just support subscriptions. This is unfortunate also since without my intervention I cannot create new or edit old blog posts in Enfold anymore. The entire blog post editor seems to be gone.
But before I subscribe to Kriesi support for another 6 months period I need to know what happened to my theme license.
Kind regards,
Magnus Bosse
Hey Magnus,
A theme license is valid for life. A support license will expire after 6 months though.
Best regards,
Rikard
Dear Rikard:
thanks a lot – its just that this message on Kriesi support is indicating the theme license has expired (see private link).
So if its indeed only the support license this would be good to have confirmed.
Thanks,
Magnus
Hi,
Try adding your purchase code again, if it’s valid then that should disappear.
Best regards,
Rikard
Thanks Rikard:
Did as you suggest and I get the following message now:
Your key still seems to have expired. If you recently purchased a support license on themeforest you might need to wait a few minutes for it to work
So I guess I can conclude that this is unlucky wording only (which Kriesi might want to address….) and (i) my Enfold theme license is valid and (ii) its safe to buy a new Enfold support license if needed.
Please confirm.
Thanks,
Magnus
tried to edit the formatting of my reply for correct quote tags but got the message that my theme license expired… sigh!
So can I assume its ‘safe’ for me to renew my support subscription? Thanks!
