Hi, for some reason I can not update the latest version in my website. Every time the update gives an error. I see the latest version is 4.5.7. But my website is still on 4.4.1. If I check my Enfold theme in the backoffice is shows : No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.4.1)
Some items don’t seem to work on the website. Probably with the latest version the problems will be solved.
How can I get the latest version?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

the Update from 4.4.1 is not always working from the update from in the theme settings.
    Try updating trough this Plugin:

Update theme and Plugins from zip file

Hi Alex, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the plugin does not change anything. I still see “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.4.1)” without an option to update it somewhere.
    Would you please help?

    Hi Anouk,

The plugin won’t do anything by itself. You need to upload the latest version of Enfold from Envato Market and upload it as if you were adding a new theme to WordPress. Plan to back up before your database and WP.

You can check this topic : https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/

    Hi,
I did download the latest version, but it does not upload. I do not have the chance to unpack the zipfile because there is nothing to unpack. So another problem arises. What can I do to make sure the latest version will be uploaded as the newest template?

    Hi again,

if you already installed the Plugin

Download the installable wordpress file only.
    Screen 1
Install — Add theme — select downloaded file as it is (.zip)
    Screen 2

The old folder(theme) will be replaced with the new one.
But as Lex already said you should backup your site

    Hi,

Thanks for helping out @Evendril. Did you manage to get it working now @anouk? The update to 4.5.x and 4.6 has to be done manually from versions 4.4.1 and below unfortunately.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
