I updated the theme and all plugins, and I am unable to view the enfold theme settings, along with the pages continue to simply spin.
I applied the java script fix to the functions page and there is still no success.
Please Advise ASAP….

April 26, 2016 at 5:01 pm #622321two things I did to resolve similar problem:
1. deactivate wordfence firewall if running and remove references in .htaccess file
2. updated ~/your/website/wp-includes/js/tinymce/ files in core wordpress install via FTP- This reply was modified 8 years, 8 months ago by BeyondBOLD.
April 26, 2016 at 5:10 pm #622325Thanks Beyond,
I am not using Wordfence on this site.
I removed tinymce files completely for this install.
.htaccess file is clean, there is no firewall references in this file.
Hard reset and still nothing happeningApril 26, 2016 at 7:37 pm #622455I sent my login credentials yesterday.
I am seeing in this forum that wordfence can be an issue, though I do not have wordfence installed on this site.
Please Advise.
April 26, 2016 at 7:39 pm #622460I have uploaded the NEW updated theme via FTP.

Sorry for the late reply!
If your case is urgent, please do not self post as that usually causes threads to be overlooked. However good news is that ALB loads fine on my end at the moment (attached a screenshot in private content field). Can you please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Please let us know if issue is resolved on your end as well.

I had to figure this out on my own as you would not respond to asking for help – yet the whole time your answering questions all over the forum, so please Do Not put the support issue on me.
