    Hello,

    When I try to edit https://schoolzilla.com/ (the homepage) I find that EnFold is deleting a bunch of content if I click update and previewing that it would do so if I hit preview. I have tried increasing the PHP memory limit and WP is not getting any server side errors. When I try switching themes in the staging area these problems go away. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong with the Enfold theme?

    then you need to get his themeforest account, where you can login to be able to get the purchase code.

    I found my purchase code, it is in the private content area. Can you please help fix this bug with the Enfold theme? Right now the homepage for http://www.schoolzilla.com is wiped of most of it’s content because we had to make one minor edit and the bug wiped everything below our product video.

    Please help!

    A few updates on my trouble shooting efforts to date: I have tried deactivating all plugins and then tried installing all of their relevant updates. Neither helped. This is not an issue with a plugin. I have also tried increasing the allocated memory to 128M. That also has not helped. When WordPress support did some troubleshooting they tried changing the theme (in the staging area) and were able to successfully make edits without any content getting deleted. For these reasons, as well as what I have seen in other threads like this one (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/content-keeps-deleting-itself-while-editing/), I think this is a bug within the Enfold theme. Please help as soon as you can.

    Hi,

    We would prefer if you registered at the forum and opened a new ticket, if you are unable to do so then please post admin login details here so that we can have a closer look.

    This likely happens because of html markup you have added in the content and left if open. Please try looking for anything like that just before the content which disappears.
