    I’ve sent a pre-sales request but got no answer.

    Please, reply urgent since I need the theme urgently.

    1 – Where I can find a complete list of theme features? (As if it is fully responsive without any adjustment to work on mobile and tablet)

    2 – Where are you based? GMT from London?

    3 – The support working hours?

    4 – Usually how much time it takes to reply to a support request?

    3- Our forums are open 24/7 however response time is slower on the weekends.
