Can you give us a screenshot showing the issue?
you can upload it in dropbox, googledrive, https://imgur.com/ or any online image sharing sites and post the link here.
You can post the screenshot link in private content if you want only the moderators to see it.Best regards,

I hope you can access the link below
I have taken a screenshot of the the posterscope.com site using the Google Chrome browser and one using the Internet Explorer Brwser where the site just doesn’t load. Are there any fixes I can apply to ensure that anyone who launches the site in Internet Explorer can se the site?Thank you

I checked your site using IE 11 and it works fine.
I have screenshot link in private content.
Can you try to clear the browser cache of your IE browser?
Also, what version of IE are you using?Best regards,
NikkoJune 18, 2018 at 12:59 pm #974222Hi Nikko
Thanks for responding. I have cleared my cache and I am using internet explorer version 11.2248.14393.0 and I am still receiving the same view that I uploaded to dropbox previously..
Do you have any other suggestions as I need to get this resolved?

June 18, 2018 at 4:13 pm #974337Hi Kate,
I’m using this version of IE 11.112.17134.0 (windows 10).
Upon checking your site again it’s still showing and functioning properly.
I’ll ask my colleagues to take a look. If you have other windows pc/laptop that uses IE11, try to check your site with it.Best regards,
NikkoJune 18, 2018 at 4:32 pm #974350Hi,
I checked your site on IE 11 and it works perfectly fine.
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
4. If you have installed any browser extensions/plugins please disable it for testing purpose.Best regards,
